Mineral resins warmed up by a touch of fir balsam. The original perfume.

Olibanum is the resin obtained from the incision of trees of the Boswellia genus, present from the south of the Arabian Peninsula to Kenya and India. Of all these, the Sacra variety, endemic to the Sultanate of Oman, is historically the most renowned, both for its mineral, lemony and minty fragrance and for its therapeutic virtues. It is this resin that spurred the creation of the Incense Routes. It has also been used for millennia in Vedic, Sumerian, Egyptian, Roman, Hebrew and Christian religious rituals. It is therefore not by chance that our "totem perfume" is called Sacra.

Ingredients: Alcohol Denat., Parfum (Fragrance), Aqua (Water), Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol, Eugenol

"Olibanum" is a Latin term for the precious thousand-year-old resin obtained from the frankincense tree. An entrepreneur with an insatiable curiosity, Gérald Gilan is a versatile and passionate person. After opening several restaurants in Paris in 2000, he launched the Histoires de Parfums brand, which now has about 40 names and is available in 300 points of sale worldwide. While Histoires de Parfums tells stories and makes people dream, with Olibanum Gérald wanted to create fragrances without the storytelling aspect, returning to the simplicity of the raw materials. And it was around olibanum, his favorite raw material, that he structured this new way of thinking. The composition of each fragrance is deliberately simple: olibanum + 1 ingredient.
