Inspiration: Blow-Up (1966), directed by Michelangelo Antonioni.
"There are several moments in Blow-Up that deeply affected me — so much so that I felt compelled to respond emotionally through scent. I wanted to recreate the texture of the photographer's car interior and loft, the scent of old furniture, developer chemicals in the darkroom, dusty feathers and fallen leaves in the park — and, of course, the lingering haze of marijuana.
But the most lasting influence wasn't olfactive at all. What truly stayed with me was the film's core idea: the image as a metaphor for the tension between reality and illusion. That became the soul of the fragrance."
