Les Fleurs du Dechet - I am Trash EdP 100 ml
The French perfume house Etat Libre d'Orange, in collaboration with Givaudan and Ogilvy, has launched a campaign in service to Mother Nature — to ask for her forgiveness and to loudly, urgently declare that soon it may be too late.
What was the vision?
To create the first luxury fragrance made from waste.
Dear world, throw nothing away — because beneath the piles of our discarded things lies a fermented, distilled, and undeniable love. Garbage trucks carry flowers that still hold their juice, peels and skins with scents still to give. Even in toxic vapors, there are honeyed notes — tones that can once again merge with the Earth.
Les Fleurs du Déchet – I Am Trash is the most desirable fragrance made from the unwanted.
Who is it for?
For those at the vanguard — those ready to step into a new era of perfumery.
Many of the ingredients are created through upcycling — a process that transforms waste materials (spent petals, distilled wood chips, food industry leftovers) to reveal new facets of beauty before they return to the soil.
A new way forward — for fragrance, and for the planet.
