Arabian Elixir

A perfume by CHRISTIAN PROVENZANO

Also known as “the people’s poetry” and “bedouin poetry”, Nabati has a long heritage. Nabati is the vernacular arabic poetry that stems from the arabic dialects of the arabian peninsula.

In the darkness, among the undulating dunes, illuminated by the carpet of stars that adorned the sky with a milky light, a fire crackled, cutting the silence of the desert. The flamedanced sinuously, inviting the celestial bodies to descend and join in its shimmering dance. The fallen comet thus called to the other stars that were dazzlingly spinning in a sublime luminous cascade, lighting up the night.

A smoke fragrance, dry and woody, composed of a refined texture that opens with an exotic head of cardamom and saffron, enriched by precious notes of davana and amber, with hints of sea salt. The heart of water chord and Moroccan rose, enveloped by an infusion of cedar and iris, sits harmoniously on the amber base of patchouli, vetiver and cedarwood that shares its scents of vanilla, oud and leather.

Astrophil & Stella was born from the desire to create a collection of haute perfumery with love, the strongest feeling that we must express and celebrate togetherness, its key element. A connecting link between people, between Space and Earth, between perfume and the veil of skin with which they are connected. The secret magic of perfumes is conveyed with the help of Astrophil and Stella, the main characters of Sir Philip Sidney's poetry collection, have become key elements of the brand, combining the magic of the stars and the magic of essences. While the collision of two dimensions is reflected in the name, which corresponds to an astral term with a term of a more sensual nature, the alchemical imagery is revealed in the use of magical symbols. Each fragrance is a chapter in the love story between the mortal Astrophil and the divine Stella.
