I asked Stéphanie Bakouche for something simple: to create the perfect ambient scent for me. In other words, a perfume of pure elegance - hyper-sophisticated, with a classic patina.
We began with a suggestion: the blend of bergamot oils and black tea - the magical base of Earl Grey. From there, we shaped an evocation of black teas from China, Ceylon, and the Azores - a fragrant journey through Portugal's legacy in the world.
At its heart: Camellia sinensis, the tea plant.
